Most of us are not thinking about swimming in January, but KCBD 11 is talking to Krystle Rose of Infant Aquatics Lubbock about infant survival swimming. According to the CDC, drowning is the leading killer of children ages 1-4 besides birth defects.
"Last year 2018 there were 90 fatal drownings in Texas and what we want to do is bring that number all the way down to zero. Drowning is something completely preventable," said Krstyle.
