About Jenaye

Hi! My name is Jenaye Smith. Born and raised in Washington State, I recently moved to the beautiful state of Arizona. Fortunately, I was able to stay at home with my kids before embarking on my career as a certified Infant Aquatics instructor. I have two beautiful girls, Farrah and Skylar, and one sweet little man, Madden. We enjoy going to see their Mimi and making memories on vacations. Living in Washington state, options were limited, especially when it came to in person education for my kids; so, in the spring of 2021 we decided to make a drastic change and move across the country to Texas. I love it here and I can’t wait to serve the families of Dallas and surrounding areas teaching your littles to safely enjoy the water.

My family, especially extended family is huge and we have always been in, near or around the water with people having pools or living on a lake. We all now have kids of our own and knowing how to swim and having survival skills is vital.

After doing extensive research online, I was in awe of the Infant Aquatics process and immediately felt a calling to teach. Having swum competitively in my younger years as well as in high school, and attending college for Kinesiology, I knew this would be a perfect fit for me. I’ve always loved helping others and working with children, and want every family I work with to feel confident and calm having their kids around water. Knowing that I’ll be able to teach littles the skills needed for them to not only survive in the water, but to thrive, is more than I could have ever dreamed of.

I am so grateful that I now get to help children while also doing something that I completely love and that will be life changing. Infant Aquatics is designed to teach children how to swim and float across the pool to reach safety, as well as learn to be independent in the water. Each lesson is tailored to fit your child's needs in order to reach the goal of swimming and floating to get to safety. We start as young as 6 months up go up to 6 years old. I can’t wait to meet you and help your littles learn skills they will have for life.
