My name is Kenzie Lemmon, owner of Splash of Lemmon Infant Aquatics. For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about the water. Many of my favorite childhood memories took place in our backyard swimming pool, taking summer swim lessons, and lake trips. What was once just a hobby eventually became a passion for advancing my skills and knowledge of the water through competitive swimming.
I have always considered swimming and water safety to be an essential life skill. When I discovered the Swim-Float-Swim technique through YouTube videos a few years ago, I knew I had to become involved in the prevention of child drownings. Teaching children the gift of swimming and water safety is beyond fulfilling, but my favorite part is watching them develop a love for the water too! My goal as an Infant Aquatics instructor is most importantly for your child to know how to self-save in the event of an unpredictable situation in the water, but also for them to advance their skills and gain confidence as a swimmer.
I am Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross. I became a Certified Infant Aquatics Instructor in the Fall of 2023 after attending 6 weeks of intensive hands-on and academic training with Kim Emery in Decatur, TX.
Splash of Lemmon Infant Aquatics will be located in Murfreesboro, TN beginning in the Spring of 2024.
