Hi my name is Krystle Rose, certified Infant Aquatics Instructor and I own and operate Swim Safe Infant Aquatics.
I lived in West Texas most of life, married my high school sweetheart and graduated from Texas Tech in 2011 with a degree in Marketing. After that, I worked for several years for an IT and security company. Shortly after graduating from Texas Tech my husband and I decided to start family. We now have two beautiful boys, Tucker and Rylan and two girls, Hazel and Elowyn. We enjoy being able to take the kids outdoors, camping and going to the mountains and the beach. However, living in West Texas, options were limited, so in the summer of 2020 we decided to make a drastic change and move across the country to North Carolina. Se love it here and I can’t wait to serve the families of NC.
My family has always been in, near or around the water. After Tucker jumped into the pool fully clothed twice, I knew that I needed to arm him with survival skills. I was in awe of the process and immediately felt a calling to teach. Upon becoming an Infant Aquatics Instructor, I have been so over whelmed with emotion. I will never forget when my first student first learned how to float. I was jumping up and down and I was so immensely proud of her. That feeling of knowing that I was able to teach her the skills needed for her to not only survive in the water, but to thrive, is more than I could have ever hoped for. I love working with children and I am so grateful that I now get to help children while also doing something that I completely love.
This program is designed to teach children how to swim and float across the pool to reach safety as well as learn to be independent in the water. We tailor each lesson to fit the child's needs in order to reach the goal of swimming and floating to get to safety. We start as young as 6 months up to 6 years old.
