About Allysa

Hi there! I’m Allysa Smith and I can’t wait to get to know more about you and your family poolside! I’m a former Kindergarten teacher turned stay-at-home mom to 2 wild boys and am incredibly thankful to be sharing my love of caretaking with you! I have my Masters in Early Childhood Education, and understanding the needs and development of each individual child is extremely important to me as you will see throughout your child’s journey of swimming and floating!

My goal is to instill and build MIGHTY CONFIDENCE with your little one with every session we complete together!

This past year I was fortunate to learn and grown as an instructor at Otterly Safe Infant Aquatics in Fredericksburg and after teaching over 70 babies and kids in my first year, I q felt ready to branch out and open Mighty Floaters! Infant Aquatics has always been an enjoyable part of my life and after having babies who are constantly near the water, it has become a necessity to make sure my loved ones understand the importance of survival swim safety and I cannot wait to share this passion with all of you!
