Jessica N. Box is a Certified Infant Aquatics Instructor, personally trained in 2016 by Judy Heumann—founder of Infant Aquatics—who has since dedicated her life to preventing childhood drownings both in and out of the water. A single mom from San Diego, Jessica is also the visionary behind The Swim Company and The Swim Foundation 501(3)c.
At The Swim Company, she empowers children and families with crucial survival swim skills. Meanwhile, her nonprofit, The One Baby at a Time Foundation, provides education, community support, and outreach to prevent water-related tragedies. Her tireless efforts have drawn praise from celebrities, politicians, and families alike, sparking a powerful ripple effect of change.
Yet Jessica’s impact doesn’t stop there. She plans to attend law school to champion policy reforms that will save even more lives. During the pandemic, she successfully fought to have survival swim instruction recognized as an essential service in California—showcasing her tenacity and determination.
Above all, Jessica strives to help parents take control of their children’s safety and find peace of mind, knowing they’re prepared for whatever life may bring.
